What is Towers and Trenches?
In essence, it is the soapbox upon which Tom and Kevin will rant to the gathered masses. OK, maybe a little too dramatic, but you get the point. It came about when we were talking one day (I know, everything starts this way, bear with me), and we decided that there was a marked need for our commentary out there. We live in an age that is saturated with information, mainstream news, zines, blogs, you name it. The problem with most of it (although some are worse than others, which is why blogs have proven to be such a problem for the mainstream news) is that there is scads of data, but a dearth of analysis. Basically, what you see is galaxy worth of information points, but there are no lines connecting them, except in the most basic of ways, there are no constellations. That is what we hope to do. This is not to say that we want to tell you what to think or shout conspiracy theories, but merely to provide a tool that will help you to determine why something is important.
